Charlotte founded CEO Agency over sixteen years ago, having spent her career building some of the most trusted staffing and hospitality operations in the Gulf. She has grown the agency from its roots in luxury retail into a full-service operation spanning three divisions, without ever losing the hands-on approach that defined it from the start. She leads the agency's strategic direction and remains the senior relationship on the accounts that matter most.

Lucy leads CEO Agency's People and Luxury divisions, overseeing the placement, training and management of teams across luxury retail, events and hospitality. With over fifteen years in event staffing, she has placed teams for some of the world's most prestigious brands and events, including Chanel, LIV Golf and NEOM. She brings an exacting standard to every brief, and an understanding of luxury that goes well beyond the job description.

Sam leads CEO Experiences and the agency's new business development, overseeing creative output, client relationships and the delivery of brand experiences across the GCC and internationally. With over a decade across integrated marketing, brand strategy and event production, he has built a track record of significant pitch wins and high-profile campaign delivery across luxury, real estate and financial services. He joined CEO Agency to build something genuinely different in the experiential space. That's exactly what it became.
